    •    Vitamin K2 (MK-7, Menaquinone) – Derived mainly from fermented foods like natto, it stays active longer in the body, offering superior support for bone strength and cardiovascular protection by keeping arteries flexible and free of calcification.

We use organic olive oil as the carrier fat so these can be taken with or without a meal.

I personally like to take 2 of these in the morning. I do not like to take Vitamin D at nightime.
